On November 19, 2022, Xinhua Design Institute Qingdao Branch celebrated its first birthday. In the morning, all employees of Qingdao branch and representatives of some employees of Zibo company participated in the celebration together through video link. Dean Liu Wei delivered a speech, thanking both new and old employees for their contributions to the company's development over the past year. He also gave full recognition to the achievements of the Qingdao branch in the past year and put forward prospects for future work: with more than 300 employees in both places, we have entered the ranks of advanced pharmaceutical and chemical design companies in China, becoming a comprehensive engineering company that can simultaneously carry out engineering design, project management, and EPC.
After the video celebration conference, the Qingdao branch held a series of activities such as "retraceing the Long March" and "spinning bottle caps", where everyone relaxed their bodies and minds while running and jumping, demonstrating the team's fighting spirit and cohesion.
This year has been an extraordinary leap for Xinhua Design Institute, a journey of wind and rain, with design drawings and research reports witnessing the pioneering efforts of the Qingdao branch. As of August this year, the Qingdao branch has expanded from 3 people when it was established to 56 people. Among them, there are 3 first level registered structural engineers, 2 registered electrical engineers, and 1 first level registered architect, which have filled the gaps in the civil engineering profession of the design company. Especially with the addition of architectural professionals, the designed factory buildings are not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing, greatly improving customer satisfaction. Relying on the geographical advantage of Qingdao, we have signed projects with local pharmaceutical companies such as Qingdao Guohai Pharmaceutical, Qingdao Tianshun Pharmaceutical, Qingdao Tiancheng Pharmaceutical, Qingdao Huaren Pharmaceutical, and Qingdao Hisense High tech, greatly enhancing the market size and influence of our design company.
The successful operation of the Qingdao branch has contributed to the innovative development of Xinhua Design Institute and enhanced the company's development potential. Through the operation of the Qingdao branch, we have also explored the efficient operation mode of the branch. The unified management, network interconnection, software sharing, market sharing, personnel sharing, and logistics sharing between Zibo and Qingdao have improved the efficiency of the company's resource utilization and presented a thriving development trend.
Xinhua Design Institute will make further progress, adhering to the concept of "professionalism, innovation, integrity, and win-win", with quality and service as the core, and "work first, service first, and performance first" as the goal.
