Shandong Xinhua Design Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinhua Design Engineering"), formerly known as Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Factory Design Institute, was established in 1953 as a subsidiary of Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinhua Pharmaceutical"), which is controlled by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province. It is a vice president unit of the China Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Association, a director unit of the China Petroleum and Chemical Survey and Design Association, a "specialized, refined, unique and new" small and medium-sized enterprise in Shandong Province, a "specialized, refined, unique and new" demonstration enterprise of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province, and a national high-tech enterprise. We have an excellent team consisting of 56 Chinese pharmaceutical industry engineering design masters, engineering technology application researchers (professor level senior engineers), senior engineers, 98 engineers, 24 project leaders, and 67 registered survey and design engineers from the Ministry of Construction. We have strong design capabilities, rich engineering management experience, and strong technical and management advantages. We are a comprehensive technology-based engineering company with qualifications in engineering consulting, engineering design, and project general contracting (EPC).
